Electronic Queue Management System

This is a 3 part system for managing customers in a comprehensive manner, with self check-in and lobby monitor, and an admin monitor for the staff.

A customer walks into the lobby and checks themselves in using the Kiosk (usually a chromebook) whether they have an appointment or are simply a walk-in

Based on rules/weights assigned to appointments or walk-ins, and their check-in time, they are displayed in the Lobby Queue – a monitor that hangs on a wall, and is visible to all customers. This display has customizable refresh and records per page settings.

The staff use Queue Admin Management to see their customers, search the database, help check-in, change statuses, scan documents

 

This system can be fully customized, and is great for use in Medical Labs, Hospitals, Banks, or any office where a queue of customers forms, and is great for managing the queue, saving staff time and resources, while giving customers the ability to see where they are in the queue. Electronic Queue Management also has archives which can be used for analyzing performance and statistics.
